KARACHI: Gold plunged by Rs 514 to close at Rs 46,971 per 10 grams in the local market Wednesday as its international price slipped to $ 1,555 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also dipped by Rs 600 to close at Rs 54,800.
Silver closed lower at Rs 814.28 per 10 grams.
