Keeping in view the outbreak of the coronavirus, the Chairman of the Businessmen Group, Siraj Kassam Teli, and the office-bearers and managing committee members of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) have decided to shut down KCCI for one week, said a press release issued here on Saturday.
All departments of the chamber will remain closed from March 24 to March 29 as a precautionary measure to save the visitors and the staff from the life-threatening disease caused by the coronavirus. KCCI will reopen on March 30 (Monday) with normal office hours.
