Sarfaraz, Shadab vow good show ahead of first HBL PSL V 2020 clash

Sarfaraz Ahmad skipper Quetta Gladiators on Wednesday pinned hope that things would change after his performance in HBL PSL V 2020. Speaking at a joint presser with Shadab Khan, captain Islamabad United at National Stadium Karachi (NSK), during the unveiling ceremony of the HBL PSL V 2020 trophy at the Karachi National Stadium in Karachi he said that his first target was to perform in HBL PSL, and hoping that things would change after his performance in this mega tournament.

He said that team management had decided to send Shane Watson and Jason Roy as opening pair and Ahmad Shehzad would play on third position; adding that foreign players of all teams were happy of getting overwhelming public supports.

Sarfaraz said that Naseem Shah would be available for team as his rehabilitation process would be completed and hoped that Quetta Gladiators, which lifted trophy of last edition at NSK, would kick off this tournament with a good note. He said that he has decided to play on top orders in HBL PSL V 2020.

Meanwhile, Shadab Khan confirmed the non-availability of South African pacer Dale Steyn during first three matches, saying that he would join the team after three matches. He said that his side was balanced and would capable to perform well in the tournament.
