The official anthem of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 ‘Tayyar Hain’ was released Tuesday night but fans aren’t too happy with the song.

The song featuring Ali Azmat, Arif Lohar, Haroon Rashid and Asim Azhar celebrates the homecoming of the T20 league. However, soon after the song released, fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment about the song and for 'ruining the spirit' of PSL.

Fans have been missing singer Ali Zafar who made the PSL anthems a hit in its first three seasons. The songs are still alive in the memories of cricket fans. Ali also took to Twitter to post a sarcastic message for fans. “Ayesha calls me saying I am trending again. I am like what happened now? Can someone tell me?” he wrote.

Last year, Fawad Khan sang the PSL anthem which too didn’t go down well with the fans.

The fifth edition of the PSL kicks off on February 20 at Karachi’s National Stadium with defending champions Quetta Gladiators playing against two-time winners Islamabad United.
