In a tweet, Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the prime minister has sought an explanation from Vawda over his "behaviour" on a TV talk show.

The PM forbade the minister for television appearances for two-weeks giving the recent controversy where he placed a boot on the table during a live current affairs programme.
