PMEX daily trading report

On Wednesday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commodity Index closed at 4,431.

The traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 4.796 billion and the number of lots traded was 7,318.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 1.386 billion, followed by Platinum PKR 1.106 billion, NSDQ100 PKR 646.195 million, Silver PKR 515.748 million, Crude Oil PKR 445.943 million, DJ PKR 215.359 million, Currencies through COTS PKR 207.410 million, Copper PKR 105.761 million, Palladium PKR 66.554 million, Natural Gas PKR 54.935 million, SP500 PKR 41.235 million and Brent Crude Oil PKR 4.757 million.

In agriculture commodities 18 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 9.859 million, one lot of Soybean amounting to PKR 7.274 million and one lot of Wheat amounting to PKR 4.418 million was

traded.
