PDWP approves 9 schemes for various parts of Sindh

The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) Thursday approved nine development schemes for various parts of Sindh.

The PDWP meeting, presided over by Planning & Development Board Sindh Chairperson Naheed Shah Durrani approved three schemes of Irrigation department, two of Planning & Development Department, one of Health which also includes strengthening of existing surgical intensive care unit and anesthesiology department at Peoples Medical College Hospital, Shaheed Benazirabad costing Rs. 169.725 million.

A Local Government Department scheme for "Road from Manghopir Road to Shahrah e Qadafi Orangi Surjani link road costing Rs500.000 million" was also accorded approval. A scheme relating to "Anti-Corruption Complex" at Karachi costing Rs 506.491 million was also approved.
