  • Many popular male celebrities have suffered depression at some point of their career.

Many celebrities, mostly females, have come up with their stories of depression. However, Pakistani actor Faysal Qureshi has raised an important issue about depression in men, saying that it’s not about the genders or stereotypes and instead it is about reaching out to the affected.

On the occasion of ‘World Kindness Day’, Faysal said in an Instagram post, “Did you know, men are more prone to be affected by depression than women, while they choose to remain it hidden. This isn't about genders or stereotypes, this is about reaching out. A person might be going through a lot even though they don't choose to show it. Let's be kind online to our male friends, they have it rough sometimes and let's remind them, they aren't alone”.
