Pakistani singer Atif Aslam has received his own walk of fame star in Dubai along with Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor.
Yesterday marked the official opening of Dubai Stars at the Palace Downtown Hotel with a press conference attended by awardees including Sonam, Atif and Yemeni singer Balqees Fathi among others.
Eight luminaries from the entertainment world gathered to celebrate the occasion and collect their commemorative plaques. While receiving the honour, Atif said, "It's like the Hollywood Walk Of Fame so it's quite a big deal. I have been chosen from a lot of people and I'm blessed to be among these people. It means a lot," Khaleej Times reported.
Atif shared the moment on his Instagram and wrote, “Perambulating the boundaries of your love. Still in an awww of you fans. Might upload a couple of pictures today from the event”.
