29 candidates caught resorting to unfair means

KARACHI: As many as 29 candidates were caught resorting to unfair means in the SSC Annual Examination here on Saturday.

An official said that the Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK), Prof Muhammad Saeed Siddiqui and Controller of Examinations, Prof Rafia Mallah, along with Director Private Schools and other officials paid surprise visits to the examination centres.

The Chairman BSEK was of the view that the menace of use of unfair means in the examinations can be eradicated through concerted efforts.

Rafia Mallah stressed upon the superintendents of the examination centres to perform their duties diligently.
