Two Indian army pilots were killed on Friday after an Indian Army helicopter crashed near Yongphulla in Bhutan.

According to ANI, the Indian Army Cheetah helicopter was enroute from Khirmu,Arunanchal to Yongfulla, Bhutan on duty. According to Indian Army Spokesperson, Colonel Aman Anand, the helicopter went out of radio and visual contact soon after 1 pm.

The Indian pilot who died in the crash was of Lieutenant colonel rank while the other was a Bhutanese Army pilot training with the Indian Army, Indian media reported.
