Actor Mohsin Abbas Haider, who has been accused of domestic abuse by his wife Fatima Sohail, has been found guilty of threatening his wife by a lower court in Lahore.

According to a local media report, the actor was found guilty of threatening his wife but has been found innocent in breach of trust and demanding money from his wife. Both the parties presented their side of the story during the court hearing on Wednesday. The court has also ordered them to come up with their final argument with evidences in next hearing.

However, soon after the hearing, Haider posted a video on his Facebook handle saying that he was disappointed with the film and media fraternity for ‘believing a crying woman’. He said that all the accusations made against him have not been proved and his 'estranged wife' wasn't able to present any witness before the court.

The entire Pakistani media industry took Fatima’s side when she accused him of mental and physical abuse in her Facebook post in June. Media has also boycotted Haider for his actions.

Meanwhile, there are also reports about Haider is getting married again to alleged girlfriend Nazish Jahangir.
