CM Sindh condemns ANP worker's murder, orders arrest of killers

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has strongly condemned the killing of ANP worker Zainul Abideen near Matric Education Board office and issued directives for immediate arrest of the involved terrorists.

According to a press release issued here Wednesday, CM also directed law enforcing agencies including police and rangers to take effective action against firing incidents spread out in the city after the killing.

He also ordered arrest of the responsible involved in firing and burning of vehicle and public transport and asked Additional IG Sindh to submit a report on these incidents.

Chief Minister appealed to the people of Karachi to remain calm and pointed out that peace and tranquility was must for the country's stability and peoples welfare.

He called for brotherhood, unity and harmony in Karachi to ensure peace in the city.

Qaim Ali Shah vowed to crush miscreants and those who were bent upon to disturb law and order in the city. Nobody will be allowed to disturb law and order, he added.

He also asked rangers and police to protect the lives and property of the people at every cost.
