19 Jun, 2019

On June 26, at its first auction in four weeks, it will offer only one-year kuna paper.

Occasionally it also offers three- and six-month bills as well as those denominated in euro, a currency Croatia wants to adopt in the next four to five years.

Croatia's current short-term local-currency debt amounts to 17.79 billion kuna.

The benchmark overnight rate on the local money market was quoted at 0.33 percent on Wednesday, and the one-year rate at 0.53 percent. Daily market rates change at 0900 GMT.
