The meeting was attended by Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hina Rabbani Khar; Minister for Finance, Dr. Hafeez Sheikh; Minister for Water and Power, Syed Naveed Qamar; Foreign Secretary, Jalil Abbas Jilani; Secretary Finance, Abdul Wajid Rana and Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, Dr.Nadeem ul Haq to review energy situation in the country. The meeting also discussed the government projects regarding expansion of capacity for provision of electricity, gas and alternate energy. It reviewed the ongoing projects including international investment in the energy sector.
