Pakistan cricket team is busy preparing themselves for their World Cup 2019 opening fixture against the West Indies, scheduled to be held tomorrow (Friday) at Trent Bridge.

Fast bowler Mohammad Amir too bowled today in practice and unlike previous reports has not been ruled out of tomorrow's match against West Indies.

The World Cup opening ceremony got underway in Wednesday at The Mall, London amid much fanfare. The 10 captains of competing teams at the World Cup also met the Queen and Prince Harry on the eve of the tournament.

Cricketing legends including Sir Viv Richards, Anil Kumble and Brett Lee also participated in a game of street cricket as well.
