With Pakistan's tour of England just days away, former captain-turned-cricket commentator Ramiz Raja has said that the visitors should only concentrate on bowling aggressively to pin the hosts.

“Pakistan should not forget one thing against England, which is that they should always be looking for taking wickets at the back of their minds, and if Pakistan tries to bowl defensively then they would go into a negative mindset giving England a room to dominate them,” said Raja, at Ramiz Speaks.

The former skipper was of the view that the change of pace would be crucial especially against England’s hitters. “If you don’t give them [England’s batsmen] the pace then we would have a chance, and that too only if we take up proper field sets,” said Raja.

Speaking about Pakistan’s fast bowling, Raja said that he was impressed with the young Mohammad Hasnain who “would give a shock therapy with his pace and would not be a bad inclusion against England.”

The Pakistan cricket team is slated to play a one-off T20I and a five-match ODI series against the hosts before heading into the World Cup.
