Qatar raises March Marine crude OSP to $67.55/bbl

* That sets the OSP differential for Qatar Marine at 62 cents a barrel above Dubai quotes, up 9 cents from a month ago

* Qatar also set its March Land crude OSP at $67.60 a barrel, up $2.20 from the previous month
