Ukraine has said it harvested a record 70 million tonnes of grain last year, up from around 61 million in 2017.
The ministry said exports could rise to around 49 million tonnes in the season that ends in June, up from 39.4 million the season before.
Ukraine had exported almost 19.5 million tonnes of corn and 13.2 million tonnes of wheat as of March 27, the ministry said.
Grains, vegetable oils and oilseeds dominate Ukraine's agricultural exports.
