The house also decided to pass a unanimous resolution regarding condemnation of the bill after holding debate over it.The session was adjourned for Wednesday.

The issue came under discussion when an identical adjournment motion was jointly moved by MPA Javed Abbasi of PML, Mufti Kifayatullah of JUI(F) and Hafiz Akhtar Ali on behalf of Akram Durrani, leader of the opposition.

The movers while expressing strong reservation over the bill termed it a conspiracy against Pakistan. "This is direct interference into the affairs of a soverign country by America and this act needs strong condemnation," observed Javed Abbasi.

Mufti Kifayat said thousands of countrymen have embraced martyrdom in ongoing war against terrorism and this is the result of our sacrifices that America is hatching conspiracies against us.

Due to war against terrorism Pakistan has suffered a colossal damage of more than dollar 70 billion while the whole nation has faced losses in shape of bomb blasts and suicide attacks, he added.   He said the role Pakistan played in war against terrorism demands that it (Pakistan) should have given special status in UN, but unfortunately such steps are being taken which will damage the spirit of our resolve in combating terrorism.

Akram Durrani was of the view that introduction of bill in US Senate could be a reaction of US government over blockage of NATO supply. America cannot exploit the situation in Balochistan for leveling score he added.

Giving government's point of view on the motion, Senior Minister KP, Bashir Bilour said they back the motion and after holding debate over the issue a unanimous resolution should also be passaged from the house for giving message to America that the nation was united to foil any conspiracy.
