Akshay Kumar, who is known to perform his own stunts in the movies even at the age of 51, keeps giving his fans fitness goals by letting them in on secrets behind his fit body.

The actor shared a video of him on Instagram, in which he is cycling free-hand on the empty roads of Rajasthan’s desert city, where he is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Housefull 4’.

“Feeling free like you couldn't believe! Working my core as I cycle no-handed on the deserted roads of Jaisalmer. Life is about balance and stability, as functional as this may be, please don't try this on the roads,” he captioned the short clip.

Always been a fan of mornings...even more beautiful here in Jaisalmer. Doing a neck exercise today and I personally love exercising outdoors as it helps boost the body, mind and mood. What about you guys? #FitIndia
