Actress Bipasha Basu has been missing from big screen ever since she got married to actor Karan Singh Grover in 2016. Reportedly, the Bollywood dusky beauty will soon make her comeback in films in a remake of ‘Woh Kaun Thi’.

While the makers of ‘Woh Kaun Thi’ were contemplating to cast Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead role, as per the latest buzz, Bipasha Basu will be playing the lead now. Arjun N. Kapoor will be making her Bollywood debut opposite Bipasha Basu in the film.

Film producer Prernaa Arora had acquired the remake rights of the Manoj Kumar–Sadhana starrer ‘Woh Kaun Thi’.

The project has been taken over by Studio Five Elements and the director is said to be in the process of finalisation the cast. “Arjun N. Kapoor was readying himself to be an actor and now Bipasha has more or less been penciled in as the heroine. The film will go on the floors next month,” says a source, Deccan Chronicle reported.

Bipasha will also reunite with husband Karan Singh Grover in an upcoming thriller film ‘Aadat’. They have previously worked together in ‘Alone (2015)’.
