The current account gap shrank in November due to a fall in the trade deficit and a bigger surplus of current transfers balance, the bank said in a statement. The central bank revised down the October current account deficit to 499.2 million litas, from 179.3 million litas, following the late arrival of foreign trade data from the statistics department, bank officials said. The current account deficit for the first 11 months of the year was 1.2 billion litas compared to a surplus of 1 billion litas in the same period of 2010.
