It seems as if Bollywood’s ban on Pakistani actors has not much affected the artists as a much bigger platform, Hollywood, has opened its doors for the country’s talented actors.

A few days ago, news of Pakistani actress Saba Qamar joining ‘Batman’ actor Ben Affleck in a Hollywood project started making rounds. Although the actress neither confirmed nor denied the reports, another actor Imran Abbas has revealed his first Hollywood movie project.

Imran, who has worked in a number of famous Pakistani dramas such as ‘Alvida’, ‘Mera Naam Yusuf Hai’ and others has recently revealed that he has signed a British feature film. The actor will be playing a spy in the movie of a Syrian-Moroccan descent.

Talking to Tribune, Imran said, “I have many get-ups in the film and I will be seen in about six to seven disguises as I play the lead protagonist.” The movie named ‘The Trojan Horse’ is being shot at multiple locations including UK, Europe and Turkey.

Imran has not just shown his talent in Pakistan but has also shined bright in Bollywood with movies such as ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and ‘Creature’.
