Katrina and Alia were tagged as the new best friends of Bollywood last year when their bonding was captured at the Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday. The duo also appeared on the Neha Dhupia’s show ‘BFFs with Vogue’.

However, Alia’s friendship with Katrina’s ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor has apparently hurt the actress and things are not fine between the former best buddies. Alia recently returned to India after completing the shooting for her upcoming super hero flick ‘Brahmastra’ opposite Ranbir in Bulgaria and the rumors of a possible link up between the pair have been making rounds ever since.
One of Katrina’s friend told Pink Villa exclusively, "The entire cast and crew have been talking about RK and Alia's closeness while filming ‘Bramhastra’. Katrina got to know about it from some common friends who were working on the film. She is upset and would have appreciated had Alia told her about her closeness with Ranbir."

Recently, it was also reported that Alia also decided to skip Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's engagement party in Mumbai to avoid Katrina.
