A diehard Pakistani fan of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan booked an auditorium located in a Lahore theatre and hosted a private screening of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, a movie that was banned by the Pakistani Censor Board.

It is sure to say that the Bhaijaan of Bollywood has huge fan following in Pakistan, as almost all of his movies released in the country bring him big bucks. However, one of those crazy fans is a resident of Lahore who recently booked a whole auditorium just to watch Salman and Katrina Kaif’s ban movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’.

The movie was banned in Pakistan as it showed the country's national security and law enforcement institutions in a demeaning manner. However, this didn’t stop this crazy fan to watch it.

"It was a great experience. ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ depicts the ties of love between India and Pakistan in such a pure way. We were cheering and hooting during Salman's action scenes. The film may have been banned here, but we endorse the idea of brotherhood that it promotes. We wish we didn't have to hold the screening discreetly. We want to tell Salman Bhai we have immense love for him and his movies," the fan, who wishes to keep his identity anonymous, told Mid-day.

Although Salman was unavailable to comment, his father Salim Khan was ecstatic to hear of the initiative. He said, "It's a wonderful gesture. I feel films from India should be allowed to release in Pakistan and their films should be allowed to screen here. That will happen only once the situation between the two countries improves."
