Salman Khan becomes lyricist for ‘Race 3’

After crooning to the romantic track ‘Hangover’, Salman Khan will now take up a new role in the music arena, as Dabangg Khan is writing a song for his upcoming film 'Race 3'.

From singing to dancing and acting, Salman has done it all but now for his newest flick, he is writing lyrics for a song as well. His fans can get a glimpse of his new talent in 'Race 3', which is scheduled to be released on this Eid.

Confirming Khan’s latest venture, the film’s producer Ramesh Taurani said, “It is a lovely romantic track, exactly what we were looking for. This is the first time Salman’s name will appear in the credits as a lyricist.”

The song is expected to be shot in the UAE. The action thriller also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, Mumbai Mirror reported.

Khan amazed fans by showing his ‘musical’ side for the first time all the way back to 2015. He crooned ‘Main hoon hero tera’ for the film 'Hero' produced by Salman Khan Films.

With Salman featuring in the upcoming Race series and writing a romantic song, the film has become one of the most awaited films of this year. The 'Race 3' team is currently shooting in Thailand after completing Mumbai schedule.
