LAHORE: The 10th Pakistan Industrial Expo (PIE 2026) will be held from November 14 to 16 at Expo Centre Lahore, bringing together the Pakistani and Chinese manufacturers, investors and technology providers to promote industrial cooperation, technology transfer and investment opportunities.

Marking a decade of industrial collaboration, the three-day exhibition will focus on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, industrial automation, CNC machinery and smart manufacturing.

Yousuf Fa, CEO of Everest International Expo (China), said at press conference on Tuesday that the exhibition had served as a bridge between the Pakistani industries and Chinese manufacturing expertise since 2017. The 10th edition would further strengthen cooperation in technology transfer, local manufacturing, investment and employment generation, he added. He observed that AI, robotics and automation were reshaping global industries and Pakistan had considerable potential to benefit from these technological developments.

Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas, Director of COMSATS University, Lahore Campus, said the exhibition would strengthen linkages between academia and industry, adding that its focus on AI, robotics and advanced manufacturing would encourage students, researchers and young entrepreneurs to translate innovative ideas into practical industrial solutions.

Asim Rafiq, President of the Pakistan Auto & Engineering Parts Manufacturer and Traders Association (PAEMTA), said the exhibition offered significant opportunities for Pakistan’s automotive and engineering sectors to explore advanced technologies and international partnerships. Zishan Hashmi, Deputy General Manager of Everest International Expo, said the 10th edition represented another milestone in Pakistan-China industrial relations, creating opportunities for trade, investment, technology transfer and sustainable industrial growth.
