LDA ramping up interest in its flagship real estate ventures
LAHORE: With balloting deadlines fast approaching, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is ramping up interest in its flagship real estate ventures.
At a meeting chaired by LDA DG Tahir Farooq on Monday, officials reviewed plans for LDA City’s Pine Executive and Pine Access projects, which feature 1-kanal residential and commercial plots, as well as upcoming commercial auctions for the Lahore Technology Park near Arfa Karim Tower on Ferozepur Road.
During the briefing, it was stated that plots for Pine Executive and Pine Access (within LDA City), as well as the Lahore Technology Park (on Ferozepur Road), have been launched. In the first phase, 8-marla and 2-kanal commercial plots in Pine Access have been introduced.
Additionally, 1-kanal residential plots in Pine Executive have also been launched. Located in a prime area of ‘Pine Avenue’, these plots will be allotted through a balloting process, with a payment plan spanning two years.
The deadline to participate in the balloting for Pine Access and Pine Executive is December 3, while the allotment of plots will take place via a ballot on December 10.
The meeting also covered the launch of commercial plots at the Lahore Technology Park, noting that these will be sold through a public auction on December 3. The Lahore Technology Park is situated in an ideal location on Ferozepur Road, adjacent to the Arfa Karim Tower. Commercial plots measuring 1 kanal, 15 marlas, and 8 marlas will be auctioned at the Lahore Technology Park with the option of easy instalment plans.
On this occasion, the LDA DG remarked that the Pine sector and the Lahore Technology Park offer an excellent investment opportunity for citizens. “An opportunity is available: a magnificent one-kanal residential project for citizens is being developed in Pine Executive.”
During the meeting, the Director of Auctions also provided a briefing regarding the auction scheduled for November 3 at the Expo Centre. The meeting was attended by the Additional DG (UP), Chief Town Planner II, Chief IT Officer, Chief Metropolitan Planner, Director of LDA City, and the Director of Auctions.
