ISLAMABAD: A pre-event briefing on the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum 2026 (PMIF26) was held on Friday at Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Ambassadors/Diplomats based in the capital.
Amb Abrar Hashmi, Addl Secy (SIFC & ED) opened the session. Mirza Nasir ud Din Mashood Ahmed, Special Secy (Petroleum Division), and Ahmed Hayat Lak, MD OGDC, and the team briefed the participants.

The session introduced PMIF26, covering the concept, important thematic sessions, program outline, venue, registration and participation of ministers, diplomats, investors, and industry leaders, expo and G2G and G2B engagements.
