Zahid Khan made Chairman ISE REIT Management co BoD

ISLAMABAD: ISE REIT Management Company Limited has appointed Zahid Latif Khan as Chairman of its Board of Directors; following the election of nine directors to the board.

According to a press release issued here on Sunday, the company held its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 10, 2026, during which elections to the Board of Directors were conducted in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Subsequently, the newly elected board, at its meeting held on October 23, 2026, appointed Zahid Latif Khan as chairman.

The newly elected board comprises Zahid Latif Khan as Chairman and Non-Executive Shareholders’ Director, Adil Khan Swati, Haider Khaqan Abbasi, Haroon Ihsan Piracha, Marium and Sohail Altaf as Non-Executive Sharehol-ders’ Directors, while Malik Qamar Afzal, Shaista Bano Gilani and Syed Mukhtar Hussain Jaffery have been elected as Independent Directors.

Under the chairmanship of Zahid Latif Khan, the board will provide strategic oversight and guidance to the company, focusing on sustainable growth, exploring future business opportunities in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sector, strengthening corporate governance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

ISE REIT Management Company Limited is a licensed Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) holding a REIT Management Services licence issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
