KARACHI: Stall bookings have opened for the seventh edition of the ‘Mera Brand Pakistan Expo’, scheduled to be held at the Karachi Expo Centre next year under the auspices of the Pakistan International Business Forum (PIBF), Karachi.

A meeting held at the forum’s office reviewed preparations for the upcoming event. The meeting was chaired by Sohail Aziz, President PIBF Karachi Chapter, while General Secretary Muhammad Aamir Rafeeq briefed participants on the arrangements and upcoming initiatives.

Aamir Rafeeq said several new features would be introduced at this year’s expo, while existing initiatives would be expanded. He added that a meeting had already been held with women entrepreneurs associated with the Khadija-tul-Kubra Hub, who had assured the organisers of setting up more stalls than in previous editions. New business sectors would also be introduced to broaden the scope of the exhibition.

He said the forum was making steady progress, noting that some companies that had initially participated with a single stall had now become silver sponsors and had already booked pavilions for the upcoming event.

Responsibilities were also assigned to members of the executive committee, with specific targets set to ensure timely preparations.
