ROME: Italy’s ITA Airways, controlled by Lufthansa, said on Wednesday it had extended the suspension of flights to and from Riyadh until November 18 “due to the latest geopolitical developments”.
Several airlines have cancelled connections to Saudi Arabia and neighbouring countries in response to the deadly weekend attacks on Riyadh airport by Yemen’s Houthis.
