ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday appreciated Pakistan Navy personnel for their successful anti-narcotics operation in the Arabian Sea by seizing more than 2,800 kg of narcotics.
The President commended the professionalism and vigilance of the officers and crew of Pakistan Navy ships PNS Hunain and PNS Yarmook, which jointly seized more than 2,800 kilograms of narcotics during an operation in the Arabian Sea, the President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.
He also appreciated the Pakistan Navy’s commitment to preventing illegal activities in the country’s maritime jurisdiction and safeguarding maritime security.
