ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister (DPM/FM) Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a meeting with Malaysian Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday.
The two sides reaffirmed close and brotherly ties between Pakistan and Malaysia and discussed ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in trade and economy, mutual legal assistance and people-to-people exchanges.
They also exchanged views on regional & Int’l developments of mutual interest and reaffirmed commitment to working closely for shared objectives of peace, stability & prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Federal Minister for National Food Security & Research Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for Interior & Narcotics Control Senator Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan, Minister of State for Interior & Narcotics Control Talal Chaudhry, Federal Secretary for Commerce Jawad Paul, Federal Secretary for National Food Security & Research Amer Ali Ahmed & senior MoFA officials.
