ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives and damage caused by the powerful earthquake that struck off Flores Island in eastern Indonesia.
On behalf of the people of Pakistan, the President extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and expressed solidarity with the Government and people of Indonesia in this difficult hour. He said Pakistan stands ready to extend all possible assistance.
