PSW and BoRS sign SLA

Published Updated

KARACHI: Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the Board of Revenue Sindh (BoRS) signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) formalizing the digital collection of Sindh Stamp Duty through the PSW platform.

A shift of the province’s electronic stamp duty collection system from Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL) to PSW’s digital infrastructure.

The agreement was signed by Naveed Abbas Memon, Chief Domain Officer at PSW, and Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, Member RS&EP at the Board of Revenue Sindh.

Khalid Haider Shah, Senior Member of the Board of Revenue, was the chief guest at the event.

Under the new arrangement, BoRS will gain a dedicated interface allowing it to monitor stamp duty collections in real time, as well as conduct daily and monthly reconciliation of collections against government receipts.

The move brings BoRS into a growing roster of provincial and federal departments that have migrated their processes onto the PSW platform over the past year, part of a broader push by PSW to expand its digital footprint across government revenue and trade-related services.
