LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday rejected post arrest bail of an accused Naeem Ashraf involved in a case of kidnapping and killing a woman.
Earlier, the defense counsel contended that the accused is innocent and not involved in the case.
He said the investigation has been completed and prayed for bail.
The prosecutor, however, contended that police have concrete evidence against the accused and the accused did not deserve bail.
The court after hearing both the sides at length dismissed the bail application.
