Security forces kill 15 terrorists during Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-3 in Balochistan: sources

Security forces in Balochistan killed 15 terrorists during Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-3, disrupting the Khawarij network and recovering a large cache of arms and ammunition.

Security forces are continuing Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-3 in Balochistan and have so far killed 15 terrorists in different areas of the province, state media PTV reported on Sunday, citing security sources.
According to details, security forces conducted intelligence based operations against Khawarij in Mastung, Bolan, Washuk, Awaran, Sibi, Khuzdar, Harnai and Nushki.
A large cache of arms and ammunition was also recovered from the members of banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) aka Khawarij.
“The effective operations by security forces have significantly disrupted the Khawarij network and restricted their movement,” PTV reported, adding that security forces are committed to continue Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-3 till the complete elimination of terrorism.
A day ago, security forces killed three terrorists associated with “Fitna al-Hindustan” during search and sanitisation operations in the Kambela and Asimabad areas of Balochistan under the ongoing Operation Rad-ul-Fitna-III, Business Recorder reported citing security sources.
According to security sources, the forces cleared around 68 square kilometres during the operation as part of continuing counterterrorism efforts in the province. Three terrorists were killed during the operation, while two bodies were recovered. Four other terrorists were injured, including an alleged terrorist ringleader identified as Shaukat Mama, the sources said.
