ISLAMABAD: Security forces have killed three terrorists associated with “Fitna al-Hindustan” during search and sanitisation operations in the Kambela and Asimabad areas of Balochistan under the ongoing Operation Rad-ul-Fitna-III, security sources said.

According to security sources, the forces cleared approximately 68 square kilometres during the operation as part of continuing counterterrorism efforts in the province. Three terrorists were killed during the operation, while two bodies were recovered. Four other terrorists were injured, including an alleged terrorist ringleader identified as Shaukat Mama, the sources said.

Security forces also detained 12 suspects during the operation for further investigation.

The sources said terrorist hideouts in the area were dismantled and flags associated with “Fitna al-Hindustan” were removed during the clearance operation.

Security forces have reiterated that Operation Rad-ul-Fitna-III will continue with full force until terrorism is eliminated.
