FBR includes sector E-8 in Islamabad property valuation

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has included residential and commercial immovable properties including shops/shopping centers and open plots/apartments of sector E-8 (Naval Headquarters) in the valuation table of Islamabad.

The FBR has issued an SRO 1335(l)2026 to amend SRO 644(l)2026 on Friday.

According to the notification, after the heading “E-7”, the new heading “Category C Shops, Class-III Shopping Center, E-8 (Naval Headquarters)” has been added.
