NA speaker praises security forces for eliminating terrorists in North Waziristan

ISLAMABAD: Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Saturday paid rich tributes to the security forces for successfully eliminating five terrorists belonging to Fitna Al-Khawarij during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in North Waziristan.

The Speaker also expressed profound grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of Major Hafiz Ehsan Elahi Shaheed, who embraced martyrdom during the operation while defending the motherland.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Major Hafiz Ehsan Elahi Shaheed set an enduring example of courage, patriotism, and devotion to duty by sacrificing his life for the defence of Pakistan. He stated that the nation would always remember the bravery and selfless service of the martyr.

The Speaker extended his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family of Major Hafiz Ehsan Elahi Shaheed and prayed that Allah Almighty may elevate the martyr’s ranks in Jannah and grant patience and fortitude to his family in bearing this irreparable loss.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq remarked that the sacrifices rendered by Pakistan’s security forces in the fight against terrorism are unforgettable and continue to strengthen the nation’s resolve. He said the unwavering commitment of the security forces to thwart every conspiracy against Pakistan’s peace and security is highly commendable.
