KARACHI: The Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA) arranged a one-day training and awareness session to help provisional license holders and new applicants prepare for the Customs Agents Licensing Examination Test 2026, drawing more than 350 participants.
The session comes as customs agents across the city grapple with a newly tightened examination framework, which many in the fraternity say raises the bar considerably compared to previous licensing cycles.
The program was structured around practical and legal skills examinees will need for the test.
Senior Instructor Arif Sheikh led a module on Computer Proficiency (MS Office), while a technical team from the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) walked participants through the WeBOC and PSW computerized clearing systems.
A former member of Customs FBR Syed Tanveer Ahmed delivered a lecture breaking down the Customs Act, Rules, and Procedures.
