LAHORE: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar performed the annual ghusal of the shrine of saint Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh here on Thursday.
The ceremony started with recitation of the Holy Quran while renowned Naat Khawan presented Naat Rasool-e-Maqbool (SAW).
Special prayers were offered for peace, stability and prosperity of the country.
Provincial ministers Bilal Yasin, Chaudhry Shafaay Hussain, Khawaja Salman Rafique, CM Advisor Ali Dar, Mian Marghoob MPA and senior officials were also present. Secretary Auqaf Ahsan Bhutta apprised the DPM about progress of construction work in and around the Mazar.
