BEIJING: Brazil plans to ​issue its first-ever panda ‌bonds within the next two to three months ​and raise as ​much as 5 billion yuan ($734.99 ⁠million), Finance Minister ​Dario Durigan told Reuters ​in Beijing on Thursday.
