BANGKOK: Thailand’s exports posted double-digit growth in May but at a slower pace than April, a commerce ministry official said on Monday.

Customs-cleared exports rose by 23.1% in April from a year earlier.

May data is due later this week.

Shipments have been driven by demand for electronics and tech-related products, Nantapong Chiralerspong, head of the Trade Policy and Strategy Office, told Reuters.
