ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for signing the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), in which Pakistan played the role of a mediator between the United States and Iran.
During the budget session of the National Assembly for 2026–27, the Speaker said the development was a moment of pride not only for Parliament and the government but for the entire Pakistani nation.
