LAHORE: Under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, special attention is being given to the restoration and development of religious and historical sites across the province.

Advisor to the Chief Minister Punjab on AI and Special Initiatives and Chairman of the Committee for Religious Affairs of the shrine of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (RA), Ali Dar, said this during his visit to the Data Darbar Complex to review ongoing development, restoration, and modernization projects.

During the visit, Ali Dar was given a detailed briefing on the progress of various development initiatives at the complex. He also reviewed construction, infrastructure improvement, and up-gradation works being carried out jointly by the Communication & Works Department (C&W) and the Traffic Engineering and Planning Agency (TEPA).

Speaking on the occasion, Ali Dar emphasized that providing world-class facilities to millions of devotees and visitors remains a top priority of the Punjab Government. He stated that in view of the historical, spiritual, and cultural significance of Data Darbar, efforts are underway to further enhance its beauty, facilities, and overall environment. He added that all development projects would be completed on time and in accordance with the highest quality standards to ensure a safe, organized, and modern experience for visitors.
