The federal government on Friday reduced petroleum product prices, providing some relief to consumers amid fluctuations in international oil markets.

According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), the ex-depot price of petrol (Motor Spirit) was cut by Rs4 per litre to Rs373.78 from Rs377.78.

The price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) was reduced by Rs2 per litre to Rs378.78 from Rs380.78.

The revised prices will take effect from June 13, 2026.

The latest reduction follows last week’s cut in petrol prices, when the government lowered the fuel rate by Rs4 per litre while keeping diesel prices unchanged.
