KARACHI: The Karachi Port Trust handled 198,852 tonnes of Cargo Comprising 142,884 tonnes of Import Cargo and 55,968 tonnes of Export Cargo during last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours.

The Total Import Cargo of 142,884 tonnes Comprised of 83,627 tonnes of Containerized Cargo, 17,424 tonnes of B Bulk Cargo, 3,533 tonnes of Soya Bean Seeds, 3,533 tonnes of total Bulk, & 38,300 tonnes of Liquid Cargo.

The Total Export Cargo of 55,968 tonnes Comprised of 18,365 tonnes of Containerized Cargo, 200 tonnes of B Bulk Cargo, 36,024 tonnes of Clinkers, 1,379 tonnes of rice, & 37,403 tonnes of Total Bulk.

Around, 08 ships namely, Oocl Nagoya, MT Shalamar, Al Seef, Hmm Lime, Al Manhal, Dm Jade, Lepto, & Al Udeid berthed at the Karachi Port Trust.

Approximately, Marine Ista, MT Lahore, Zhong Kun 611, Stolt Palm, Apl Southampton, Al Seef, Lepton, & X-Press Phoenix sailed from the Karachi Port Trust.

PORT QASIM

A total of ten ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them three ships, Safeen Power, Chem Star and QilinZuo left the port on today morning. Meanwhile another ship ‘Ultra Courage’ expected to sail on Thursday.

Cargo volume of 115,037 tones comprising 101,837 tones imports cargo and 13,200 export cargo

carried in 1,538 Containers (1,471 TEUs Imports & 67 TEUs Export) was handled at the port during last 24 hours.

There are 17 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them four ships, Sea Ruby, Clear ocean Marauder, Bolan and DS Panther & two more ships, Zhong Gu Kun Ming and Zhong Gu Ri Zhao scheduled to load/offload General Cargo, Palm oil, Mogas, Chemicals and Container are expected to take berths MW-1, LCT, FOTCO, EVTL and QICT respectively on Thursday 11th June, 2026.
